Our Staff & Instructors

DTC's instructors are of the highest quality. They combine on-the-job knowledge with people skills, maturity, and education. They are able to convey the information you need in terms you understand. They can answer your questions because as real-world network experts, they've had to "make it work."

Our instructors can give you their concentrated attention since we keep our classes small.

They will take time out to help you prepare for tests: answering questions, reviewing test-preparation software, talking through concepts, working through labs.

• Rick Nye, our COO, is our technical lead. Rick is an Microsoft Certified Trainer and a CEH Certified Trainer with over 20 years of real-world experience in the field as well as a B.S. in Computer Science. Rick teaches most of the high-level classes and oversees all operations.
• Martha Nye, our CEO, has a background in development. Martha has a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Liberal Studies. Martha handles the business side of DTC.
• Lance Griffith, our Manager of Technical Training, is also a seasoned I.T. pro. Lance teaches most of our low- to mid-level technical classes, specializing in A+, MCDST, Network+, Linux/Unix, and Math/ Electronics.
• Our contract technical instructors -- Trainer 1, Trainer 2, Trainer 3, Trainer 4, Trainer 5, and Trainer 6 -- all have strong backgrounds in the "trenches," working with computers and networks in a production environment.
