Project Management. Supervised the transition from IBM System36 to the IBM AS400. Directed the setup and implementation of five-rack Cisco® network. Oversaw the scheduling, bidding, negotiating, and installation of the new hardware and software.

Develop and Design Processes. No set interview process for new applicants to our company. Designed a four-interview process for all applicants through Information Systems. Each interviewer has a track to run on and the ability to track a candidate's progress through the process. Result is better selection and retention of new employees.

Communicate well with a variety of people. As a faculty member, I have to communicate to all types and classes of people. Students have a more "open" attitude toward me in class.
