This course is designed for individuals who will use Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003 as a tool to assist them in managing projects. The topics in this introductory course cover the basic skills necessary to create and modify a project plan. This includes the creation of tasks, task relationships, identification of resources and resource allocation. This course is designed for a person who has a basic understanding of project management concepts and is responsible for creating and modifying project plans.

MICROSOFT PROJECT 2003, ADVANCED
This course will build upon the knowledge you learned in MS Project 2003 Beginners course, and give you the opportunity to work with a project plan once it has entered the project implementation phase. In this course you will exchange project plan data with other applications such as Microsoft Excel, update project plans, create custom reports to analyze project status, and reuse project plan information.
